Native of Lowell, Massachusetts. Since Graduating in 1999 with a passion for hospitality, she has been in the industry ever since. Over the years, she has worked her way up through the restaurant business from server to restaurant manager. Prior to Courtney coming to Grazie Italian Restaurant she spent 10+ years growing her career at University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Since 2021 she has been a part of what she calls her “Grazie Family”, where she feels at home and apart of an encouraging establishment. Whether she is busy organizing behind the scenes or managing a two hour wait in the dining room, her passionate heart always shines through.
